Wednesday, July 15th Sizzlin' Summer Cooking Class and Dinner Come join us at The Veranda as our chefs share their skills in the preparation of a three-course meal which you will enjoy for dinner. It's a lot of fun and questions are encouraged regardless of your culinary expertise. The price is $45 ++ (tax and 18% gratuity).

The Veranda provides an intimate atmosphere highlighted by attentive, professional service and an array of exciting menu selections accented with live entertainment provided by Pat and Ray (performing most evenings). Pat and Ray's repertoire includes popular songs from every decade - and from many varied artists. The song list features songs that lend themselves to the fine dining experience. Their favorite artists include Celine Dion, James Taylor, The Carpenters, Jimmy Buffet, and many others. They are singer-musicians, restaurant owners, photographers, publishers, educators and . . . (don't get Ray started on his '53 Cadillac Fleetwood). Pat and Ray have entertained in some of the best hotels and resorts in the country and played warm-up for Dolly Parton, Ray Charles, T. G. Shepard, Floyd Cramer, and Brenda Lee. They have played in Huntsville AL - Chattanooga TN - Gatlinburg TN - Salmon ID - Grants NM - the Florida Keys and Kingwood. They have recorded five albums and two are currently for sale. Pat and Ray also appeared on Eastern Airlines Inflight Music Program: "Music From the Florida Keys" with Jimmy Buffet and David Allen Coe. Ray has performed with Carl Perkins and Charlie Rich. Pat and Ray perform nightly at The Veranda.
